What Is It?
Faculty and staff members are invited to utilize this form to seek approval from their Dean and/or manager for the acquisition or purchase of an iPad. Please note that this form is intended for individual requests. For programs with established requirements, please proceed through the Help Desk Ticket system.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Faculty and staff are able to request IT equipment from Lipscomb IT.
