Check out this article I found in the Lipscomb IT Client Portal knowledge base.

https://lipscomb.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/216/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=10804&SIDs=1120

Microsoft Office 365 Activation/De-Activation

Microsoft Office 365 applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, installed on your device display an error when attempting to use the apps. When opening an app, it will say that Office is “Deactivated” and to “Try Another Account”. It may also say the license has “Expired” or has “View Only” access. Additionally, some advanced features such as Data Validation in Excel may not appear correctly or at all.
