This service is a universal request to ask IT for help on an issue if you cannot find exactly what you are looking for in our Service Catalog.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Everyone can use this ticket request. It is available for the general public, non-Lipscomb accounts as well as current and former Lipscomb students, alumni, parents, current and former staff and faculty members.
How Do I Use It?
You can click on the Request Help from IT link on this page in the upper right corner or select Enter a Ticket on the Helpdesk homepage or follow the link.
