DocuSign Access

What Is It?

DocuSign is our eSignature platform, used to deliver and receive electronically sign documents and agreements. 

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Any Lipscomb employee may use it to sign documents. A limited number Lipscomb employees who demonstrate a business need may elevate their access in order to send, collect, and organize documents on behalf of the University, their department or program.

Where Can I Get It?

Any Lipscomb employee may access it via the All Apps page on the my.Lipscomb Portal. You may request elevated access using the Request button in the upper right corner. However, please submit the business reason you are requesting elevated access.

How Do I Use It?

DocuSign has their own guides and instructions that will provide you with the information you need to use their programs. You can connect with 'DocuSign University' for brief courses, or their Knowledge Market for tools, guides, and best practices. Click on the links to take you there.
