What Is It?
UltiPro is the HR payroll and finance system used at Lipscomb. It is where you may access your pay-stubs and payroll information. You can access and configure tax information and deductions. UltiPro is part of the larger UKG system that includes UltiPro, Kronos, and Job Board platforms (all the logos are similar).
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
All Lipscomb employees, including student workers, who are paid directly by Lipscomb.
Where Can I Get It?
It is found in the my.Lipscomb Portal at my.lipscomb.edu on the 'All Apps' page.
How Do I Use It?
It is configured and managed by Human Resources. All inquiries into the system should be directed to HR first, and then to IT. However, IT has limited access to the system and as such, may only offer basic troubleshooting.
